When it comes to the success of an event, creativity is a key player. From event planners to designers and marketing teams, each plays a unique role in creating a memorable and successful event. 

Over the last few years, our company has experienced tremendous growth that has led us to the creation of new brands: Aria Vera Floral, Del Cabo Weddings, and Yaya Rentals.

This growth has been possible largely due to the close collaboration between our design team and our marketing team. Understanding their functions is essential for providing the best possible outcome.

The Designers

The creative minds behind every event. They are responsible for creating a visually appealing and cohesive design. This includes everything from the overall look and feel of the event to the decorations, lighting, and other aesthetic elements.

Our CEO and Founder, Yahwe García, has 19 years of experience in the industry and a strong eye for detail. His passion is to create a unique and memorable experience for all our clients.

Juan Grappa is our head of design and production. He has a great understanding of the latest trends and works really hard to fit the budget and timeline of each event.

Andrea Reyes and Michelle Cuesta are our event designers. They are responsible for organizing all of the logistics that go into making a beautiful and successful event. They are highly organized and creative thinkers, able to come up with creative solutions to any unexpected issues that may arise. They also collaborate with vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The Marketing Team 

They are responsible for promoting the company and creating awareness of it through different communication channels. This includes creating promotional materials, advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, and commercial alliances.

Juan Malvaez, our marketing manager ensures that all our services are promoted in the best possible way. He is constantly thinking outside the box when it comes to marketing strategies.

Estephany Flores is our marketing coordinator and she manages to arrange all the social media content needed to be consistent and have a strong online presence.

And last but not least, our audiovisual producers: Cole Kurtz and Federico Mackinlay. They are responsible for all the shootings and making sure we have high-quality photos and videos of our events.
