Flora’s Farm 7th Annual Day of the Dead Contest:
We kicked off our Day of the Dead celebrations with Flora’s Farm 7th Annual Day of the Dead Contest. Del Cabo Events together with Stage Pro Cabo brought its creative flair to the forefront by crafting an altar paying tribute to the iconic Tina Turner.
This wasn’t just about crafting a stunning display; it was about giving back to the community. Our participation was dedicated to supporting Mobilize Mankind, an association committed to aiding individuals facing physical challenges and limited resources. Learn more about Mobilize Mankind here:
Our altar to Tina Turner was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Visitors to Flora’s Farms were amazed by the intricacy and heartfelt homage to the legendary artist. The design was a testament to Tina Turner’s legacy, featuring colossal disco balls, flickering candles and elegant white flowers meticulously arranged by Aria Vera Floral.
The altar adorned with Tina Turner’s iconic albums, vinyl records and large screens displaying her captivating performances left a lasting impression on all who beheld it.
Ofrenda by Inferno Fest at Solaz Resort:
Continuing our journey to celebrate the Day of the Dead in grand style, Del Cabo Events proudly sponsored the Ofrenda by Inferno Fest at the breathtaking Solaz Resort. This two-day extravaganza brought together 101 of Los Cabos’ most esteemed chefs and mixologists to honor this beautiful Mexican tradition.
The festivities commenced with a special dinner for VIP guests on Friday night. The venue radiated with the beauty of gigantic Cempasúchil flowers, symbolic of the Day of the Dead. Guests indulged in a culinary marvel, experiencing delectable creations at food and drink stations meticulously set up for their enjoyment.
Saturday’s main event unfolded at La Calma, an area adorned with colossal and vibrant alebrijes, catrinas and catrines at the entrance, welcoming guests to a world of Mexican cultural richness. The ambiance was electric with hues of red lighting and the soulful melodies of Mexican pre-hispanic music. The focal point was a captivating stage hosting live music, surrounded by abundant food and drink stations offering a variety of delights.
As a sponsor, Del Cabo Events took pride in presenting a VIP section where esteemed guests relished the event’s vibrant atmosphere in style. The immersive experience allowed VIP attendees to fully immerse themselves in the celebration, savoring every moment of this culturally significant occasion.
