When it comes to designing events, the sky’s the limit and you can always count on Del Cabo Events to put together all the necessary elements to create an event of such magnitude and beauty.
This was the case when we set out to create a six-day Passover celebration in collaboration with renowned event designer Norma Cohen to make the vision of this special group a reality at the Hotel Marquis Los Cabos in Mexico. We wanted to make each day of the celebration unique and memorable. To achieve it we created six distinct themes.
On day one, we set the tone with a candlelight dinner. Guests experienced an intimate atmosphere with nude and gold accents, illuminated by the warm glow of candlelight.
On day two, we had a “Saturday night fever” theme. This was a total party atmosphere, with a live DJ, black & silver lounge areas, disco balls, silver balloons everywhere, and lots of dancing.
Day three saw us heading off to the Moroccan desert with a vibrant and colorful theme. Rich fabrics, stunning feather centerpieces, vibrant colors, exotic textures, and beautiful lighting helped us create a truly unique atmosphere.
On day four, we took inspiration from the world of Italian fashion, Dolce & Gabbana. Guests were treated to a luxurious evening of champagne and a Dolce & Gabbana-inspired deco.
Day five was all about bohemian chic. There was a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, with an emphasis on natural materials, such as wood, linen, and gorgeous macramé centerpieces.
Finally, on the last day of the celebration, we decided to go for a ‘Love Shack Fancy’ theme. This was a romantic and whimsical evening with beautiful tablecloths and napkins in elegant patterns with pastel colors, stunning flower arrangements, and centerpieces by Aria Vera Floral, and Tiffany chairs.
Each of the six days of the celebration was unique and memorable in its own way, thanks to the creativity, vision, and teamwork between Del Cabo Events, Norma Cohen, and Hotel Marquis Los Cabos. A wonderful success thanks to the perfect combination of event design and the highest level of hospitality.
From the candlelight dinner to the romantic Love Shack Fancy theme, guests were treated to a truly special experience that they will remember for years to come.
